Download the ZIP folder. Right click it, and when you see a window pop up in the file folder press "Extract All".
NOTE: Windows Firewall may automatically provide a warning about running the game. Windows Firewall tends to do this with unrecognized software. Either press "Run Anyway", or select "More Info" then press "Run Anyway".
